The Tenants Club is a free club with the objective of meeting the needs and wants of tenants.  One of the ways the Tenants Club does this is through benefits from a range of businesses.

To claim the offer mention that you are a member of the TIC Realty Tenants Club.  You may be asked to provide evidence via your lease to redeem some offers.

The companies who have chosen to offer discounted services through the Tenants Club, do so because of the large membership represented by the Tenants Club and The Investors Club.  They do so in good faith.
